Bermarg Consulting is a boutique consultancy specialising in Luxury Marketing and Strategy. We are committed to supporting Australian labels, and our priority is to ensure that each brand and product remains true to its origins, whilst elevating the brand experience.

With a business-first approach, Bermarg evaluates, consults, designs and delivers on marketing strategies strengthening brand identity and alignment, with the aim of creating a foundation for driving sustainable, long-term growth.

Meet the Founder

Morgan has over 7 years experience in Luxury Marketing and Communications across brands both in their Global and Regional teams, having worked in London and Sydney. Her experience has included brands such as Creed (Kering Beauté), Chopard and Cartier (Richmont).

Whilst her background is in Jewellery & Watches and Beauty, her upbringing in rural New South Wales has shaped her passion for Australian brands.

Returning to Australia after living abroad, she felt that there was an opportunity to support small to medium Australian brands who have the ambition to grow both regionally, and internationally.

With this, Bermarg Consulting was founded. A boutique marketing consultancy with a mission to retain the identity of Australian loved brands, whilst in parallel strategising a marketing formula for growth.
